Instructions
- 1.
Add pasta to salted water and cook until ready, ~10 mins – drain once cooked and leave to cool
- 2.
To a large mixing bowl add the tuna,
Ottolenghi green harissa, red pepper, red onion, black olives, rocket, pea shoots and basil – mix together - 3.
Once the pasta’s cooled, add to the mixing bowl mix together
- 4.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon, salt, and pepper
