Instructions

  1. 1.

    Add pasta to salted water and cook until ready, ~10 mins – drain once cooked and leave to cool

  2. 2.

    To a large mixing bowl add the tuna, Ottolenghi green harissa, red pepper, red onion, black olives, rocket, pea shoots and basil – mix together

  3. 3.

    Once the pasta’s cooled, add to the mixing bowl mix together

  4. 4.

    Serve with a squeeze of lemon, salt, and pepper
